My background.

I am a dual-specialty, board-certified Physician Assistant raised in Metro Detroit. I earned my Bachelor's in Biomedical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Sciences from Oakland University, where my passion for anatomy and education took hold as a human anatomy supplemental instructor, cadaver lab teaching assistant, and peer tutor in anatomy and physiology.

I spent two years in ophthalmology after graduation, and this was where I first learned neuromodulators for therapeutic and cosmetic use. I then pursued the Physician Assistant path at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I chose my elective training in reconstructive plastic surgery and wrote my thesis on the effectiveness of Botulinum Toxin A in improving the appearance of facial scarring.

After graduation I returned to Michigan and helped build a concierge aesthetics practice in Grosse Pointe from the ground up, co-founding an in-house training program that developed inexperienced APPs into confident, independent injectors. My clinical path also carried me through urgent care and neuro and vascular interventional radiology, giving me a well-rounded perspective in medicine. I am now solely teaching and working on building my own functional medicine practice.

Teaching has always been my true calling. I founded Michigan Injector Academy to share everything I have learned in a hands-on, small-group setting so the next generation of Michigan providers can start strong, stay safe, and build thriving careers in aesthetics and dermatology.
